- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano (or Italian herbs)
- Pinch of salt

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- ½ tsp dried rosemary or oregano
- Optional: olives, cherry tomatoes, or chili flakes
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set your oven to 200°C (400°F). - Melt cheeses
In a bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway, until melted and smooth. - Make the dough
Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, herbs, and salt.
Mix until a dough forms. Knead lightly with your hands if needed. - Shape it
Grease a small pan or skillet (20–23 cm).
Press the dough evenly into the pan. - Create dimples
Use your fingers to press small holes across the surface. - Add toppings
Drizzle olive oil over the dough.
Sprinkle parmesan and herbs. Add any extras you like. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on top. - Cool & serve
Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy warm.
